In 2004 the Hoffmans were faced with a trade mark infringement law   suit from Singer Songwriter Jimmy Buffet. Having less than thirty days to rename the eatery   or face litigation from Buffets Lawyers, the Hoffmans renamed the little carry out   Beef N Buns N Paradise. In 2005 Beef N Buns N Paradise was purchased by Vicki & Rod   Sipes of Frederick.   Beef N Buns N Paradise is the Oldest Family Owned and Operated Carry Out of its kind in   Frederick.
